How to Order and Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I order?
Click on one of our product categories. When you see an item you like, click on the pictures to enlarge. Click on the Add to Cart link to add it to your Shopping Cart. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. Finished shopping? Simply click on Shopping Cart and Checkout.

How will I get confirmation that my order shipped?
We'll email you a confirmation of your order placement. We will send a subsequent email when we ship your products, including tracking information.

How do I check on the status of my order?
If you ordered online, please logon to http://www.atsarexports.com/. You will be able to see the status of your order and can track your package/ shipment by following the guidelines.

How long can I expect delivery to take?
Most items ship within 1-2 days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipments up to US $ 200.00 will be sent through insured post parcel, delivery within 2 to 3 weeks time.
Shipments above US $ 200.00 will be sent through courier (UPS), delivery within a week.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we never store credit card information on our web site.
The payment processing is done by PayPal which is the safest with highest security. PayPal is a secured way to pay on internet.

How do I know if my items are available?
All the products on our web site are one of a kind and are in stock, ready for delivery.

How do I remove items from my order?
If your shopping cart is not checked out yet, just press the remove button on the Shopping Cart page. Once you've checked out and completed the payment process, we may not be able to cancel an order at this stage. How long does my refund take?
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

How do I place a gift order?
You will be asked for a shipping address when you enter your order. We do have a facility of sending the shipment/s to different addresses. Please enter the gift recipient's information as requested. Don't forget a phone number! Even if you don't wrap an item, you can include a gift message by typing in your message in the box provided. Don't forget to say whom the gift was from so they know who to thank!

Are all of your products available online?
Right now, we only represent a select group of our most popular items online. We'll keep adding items In the future, so come back and visit us again!

Will you share my E-mail address with other businesses?
No.

Is this website better than all other websites?
We do not proclaim to be better than any other companies. However, we do offer a unique shopping experience as for as the quality and prices are concerned.
